What to look out for???

The Name and Shame campaign focuses on reporting "suspicious activity" and it is here that we ask for your help. We encourage you to support this initiative by reporting any incidents of "suspicious activity{ you may see. Any member of the public is able to receive a reward of up $3,000 for information that leads to an arrest. So far the campaign has given out over $80,000 in rewards.

Suspicious activity guidelines

The building industry in WA needs your help in observing and reporting suspicious activity on Perth’s building sites. The following guidelines may assist you in identifying suspicious activity;

  • People on building sites in the dark

  • People on site outside the normal building hours

  • People loitering in the vicinity and later seen on site

  • People removing materials form the rear or side doors

  • People damaging property

  • People removing doors, windows, spas, hot water units and air conditioning units

  • People removing materials that have recently been installed or delivered on site

  • People loading materials into private vehicles

  • People in vehicles that have their registration numbers obscured or missing

  • People making repeat visits to the site and removing materials each time they visit

  • People removing property off the site when no one is there
